Latest version of atitool?

I've been using an X1950XT with a zalman cooler on my pci express 16 system for a few years now and noticed it was running at 90-100 degrees celcious under full load and I was wondering if there is a new version of atitool beyond 0.26 because the old version I've been kicking around seems to have borked fan control and notice no difference in temps anywhere from 30-100% fan speed override.
