Latest Verizon Note 3 firmware has enabled 4gLTE on T-Mobile!

So, my Verizon branded Note 3 has always worked with my tmobile sim albeit on HSPC+ and I have been ok with that. Well, I just updated to the latest official firmware (MJE) and left the same APNs setup and the phone now shows 4GLTE on the notification bar and indeed I get LTE speeds now! On H+ I was getting 3-6 Mbps now I am getting 12-22! Sweet! I wonder if this update has enable AWS lines. I am in NYC.

don't count on it long term

the major carriers are starting to share blacklists... with these "global world" phones that work with multiple carriers, verizon can tell at&t to block them as well
