Latest Radeon drivers refuse to install

I have a Radeon 7200 LE. When I try to install the 9039 drivers, it gives me the error message:

INF error
Video driver not found

Is there a way to fix this? I recall having a similar problem with the 9009s...something to do with a screwed up .inf file. I tried copying and pasting the [mfg] section in the .inf from the older drivers, but that didn't help.
