Latest iTunes can't import all songs to library

This is the same on both XP & OSX (Hackintosh) so I know it's not a OS or OSX/Win iTunes specific problem. Prior to this my library was 100% working, I did move all my songs to another drive, but I deleted all the songs from my iTunes database and re-added them. Problem is, certain albums aren't coming up at all, ones I know were there before. They contain regular mp3 files, which will play in Winamp on Win7 7 Songbird on OSX. I've tried re-adding just the folders for those albums or the songs only and nothing. I've rebooted and un/reinstalled iTunes. Same albums aren't showing up in both win & osx. my structure's the same as before when I know my library was good, just on a different HD.

I have a ton of albums that import just fine. Anyone have an idea here how I can fix this?
