Latest Consumer Reports, AT&T gets horrible scores for US cell service

I live in New york city. I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile because ATT reception was horrible and connection would constantly drop. HOWEVER, I was forced to switch back to ATT because T-Mobiles reception was even worse! I gotta give it to T-Moblile when it comes to customer support though. It is BEYOND EXCELLENT. This is the way customer service should be - these people are super nice.
