Question Latency self change?

hey all. i thought this was Odd i have Corsair vengeance LPX series 2X8 2666 Ram. now when i first bought and put it in my rig the Latency was 16-18-18-35 after 2 months now its 16-18-27-44. anyone know why? maybe something i did when i factory overclocked threw Asus's BIOS? and should i keep it this way?
