I have a machine which I would like to use for HTPC.
However there are lot glitches and pixlated or colour out block.
Does any body have this issue ?
What is the cure ?

A few years ago, I worked on a few PCs with integrated ATI graphics chips that would display graphical anomalies and lock up if 4GB or more RAM was present.

Try removing two sticks of RAM and see if the problem clears up. If it doesn't, the integrated chip may be defective or overheating.

Disable the Video Memory now using UMA (System memory ) No pixlixation or Color blocks
I do have few yellow bars in latency checker but no ill effects!

I don't think latency has anything to do with video corruption... It's more likely to be some defective ram.
