Check it with CPU-Z and also compare that to what is set in the BIOS. Also, if you have 6GB of RAM, I can assure you that the lag is not caused by RAM latencies.

Differences in memory latency barely show up in benchmarking applications, much less the real world.
I doubt your problem is memory, look elsewhere.

I couldn't help but notice that a HD is conspicuously missing from your component list in your signature...
:colbert: Hmm?

i tested in everest but why the latency is 9-9-9-24 ?
As we have consider the tested latency.

in bios i have set it to 1600mhz Dram freqency an other setting all are on auto. Never touched any other settings yet.

is it ok,any idea ?

WD Caviar Green 1TB is listed as your HDD?

That's really not an ideal HDD for your OS; they are slow.

As for your timings, you'll need to apply the XMP profile or manually set the timings to get 8-8-8.
Make sure the vDIMM is set to rated value as well.

Here's my score for comparison, & i'm OCed to 4 GHz.
Your score is fine.

What do you think would be accomplished in doing that?
What's your ultimate goal for this machine running a 5400rpm Green drive?

this exactly, if anything he is probably noticing the green drive spinning down and then back up causing the delays.

Green drives are for storage and are not good for OS or apps drives.

i have changed my HDD to WD blue sata 3 i want low latency coz Dominotors deserve to be fast :/ using dominotors on stock is like driving an ferrari in city.
