I feel like I am coming down to the earth after experiencing Win 7 RC for a couple of months. I upgraded to Win 7 just before the SP2 was released so I never read much about it, and after using Win 7, I couldn't care less about Vista. But anyway, long story short, I read from somewhere that SP2 upgrades Vista to the same connectivity center as Win 7, but I am still getting the same old network and sharing center. It still takes more clicks than I could care for to connect to the Internet. And why doesn't MS upgrade the Media Center and the Media Player? Clearly, Win 7 has more efficient codecs and runs better on my laptop. On Vista, my HP pavillion couldn't keep up decoding the digital TV. Anyway, there is nothing wrong with Vista, and with SP2, it seems snappier too. But Win 7 just feels more integrated and better put together.
My 2 cents.
