Late to the party - GTA IV Mods

Just installed GTA IV and I'm looking at different mods to install. The two obvious must-haves are Icenhancer 2.1 and GTA IV Ultimate Textures. Does anybody else have some good recommendations for car packs, guns, face changes. I saw a listing for skins but does that mean you can't use all the other clothing in the game? Any other realistic mods; for instance I've come across a mod that adds real advertisements to buses etc.
