I hear UB is still open but I vote pstars. Pstars has great support and i trust them fully with my money. Pstars also has a TON more players then full tilt and have tournies ranging from .50-500 dollars going on all the time. Fulltilt is nice but you will less players there along with a usual higher caliber player
