Late Night Snack

About half an hour ago my late night snack was finished. Now I thought it was really quite good so I figured I'd let you all know how I made it and would like some contribution for things I may want to try later. Anyway here goes:

Umm... Sammich!

2 slices 12 grain bread
2 slices deli turkey
3 slices deli ham
Grey Poupon
sliced red onion
shredded cheddar cheese (can use whatever cheese you prefer)

Lightly spread the mustard over the bread. Arrange meat slices in such a way that you feel is best. Distribute onion rings over the meats. Put cheese over the onions. Wrap sandwich in foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes. Eat.

I just keep frozen food like taquitos, burritos, chicken nuggets on hand. When I got the munchies, there's no time to sit around and oven cook something. Though I have to stop eating at night, it can't be good for my health to go to sleep with a semi full stomach.

mmm sounds good but too much work for me! due to my new schedule i dont eat dinner until really late so no late night munchies for me. BUT back in school, the BEST was fried okra and hot sauce. My bro didnt appreciate the smell of the fryer in the middle of the night but tough :cookie:s 🙂

bake at 400 degrees for 35 minutes kills this idea for a midnight snack

if i am really hungry i just make an omelet with whatever is left in the fridge
(ham, cheese bacon, sausage, peppers mushrooms)

WTF, get out of my house! Damn sicko...

A can of chicken soup goes down good at night, I throw some black pepper and maybe a bit of diced onion in, whisk 2 eggs in a bowl and throw that in once it gets warm if I'm extra hungry and/or need extra protein. I don't really want to bother cooking late at night, and this is fast.
