lastest & greatest driver for Pantec um185US aircard/modem

Can anyone give me a hint as to where I might find the latest and greatest software driver for a Pantech model UM185US aircard/modem ?

I have found the latest firmware + dialer software updates on the U. S. Cellular website and have installed those but I can not seem to find an actual driver update for this hardware device.

Yes, I have called U. S. Cellular and basically they have not been of much assistance, they pointed out the firmware + dialer update, which I have already installed. They could not point me to a driver later than the 2009 version that is currently installed for this device.

I have Goggled and checked a number of websites and have utterly failed to yet find an updated driver for this device.

All suggestions welcome.

that's the software+dialer software the op talked about.

Although, op, I dont know how US cellular does it, but I know verizon packs there drivers WITH the dialer software (when you install verizon access manager software, it actually installs the driver pack with the software, and you can see a separate driver package in the add/removed programs area after installation)

Are you having some trouble with the existing driver?

He said he found a 2009 driver. The 2011 driver and firmware there is newer then.

hmm, I don't see anything on that page about a driver specifically, only the firmware+dialer package. Do you know if they package the driver with the dialer software?

Thanks for the replies.

But as Serpretetsky said the software at the link given by previous poster is ONLY the firmware update & dialer software does NOT included driver. I know because I checked currently driver version before installing those and after installing those the driver version was still the same.

I did some further research last night which leads me to believe that there is NO updated driver for the device, so apparently 2009 version of driver IS the latest and greatest.
