How bout Windows?

It's hard to say much since we don't know what the purpose of said computer is going to be. It looks like a nice budget build, but without knowing its purpose I can't comment further.

Also, if the mail-in rebate on the PSU/Graphics card combo is from Corsair, be warned, their rebates are a pain. Usually they make you pre-register through a website before you send them the paperwork, and then processing the paperwork is pretty slow.

windoz is coming from MSDNAA, this system will see some very light gaming, it's mostly just a general use setup, everyday stuff, some 3d modeling, lots of media, etc.

thanks for the input guys :)

Looks fine. For $10 more you can double your space and get a much faster HDD with the Samsung F3 or Seagate 7200.12 500GB:

$55 - Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD502HJ 500GB 7200 RPM SATA300 16MB Cache
$55 - Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 ST3500418AS 500GB 7200 RPM SATA300 16MB Cache
