Day5: I can't lose

i started w/$1000 and now have $1600 profit (150%). i never had to dip into my reserves.

ok, since noone is repling anymore, i'm just going to keep it short and sweet.

one comment: Casino Royale upped one of their craps table to $3 min, but the other one stayed at $2 min. everything else is the same about them. WTF?! and the dealers dont know why the inconsistancy.
obviously i played at the $2 one
Day3: Lady luck has been kind
i woke up an hr early and couldnt get back to sleep. i decide to get dressed and play at the hotel casino while waiting for my boss to meet me at the designated time for breakfast. result + 300
after the client meeting, we drive to see the hover dam. on our way back, we stop off at a casino nearby. $2min 10x odds. i try it. result -100
i do some sight seeing. stopped in at Casino Royale to kill time b4 dinner. result +50
side note: oh, hardways 6 pays 10 to 1. but on a $1 bet, they were only giving back $9. players were ok w/it. but to my math, 10x odds on a $1 bet = $10. why do they only give 9?
after dinner, went back to CasinoRoyale. IT WAS HOT! usual $1000 bankroll. was up $1100. then it turned cold. lost $300 and i stopped. result +800

Day2: BAD DAY- Cold tables + cops
it's 2am PST (5am EST) and i get to CasinoRoyale. since i won a few yesterday, i decide to gamble more.
$1000 bankroll, $2 min $50 odds, 3 bets. i come in after a hot roll. and the table turned COLD. lost 3 out of 4. and all 3 i had $150 on the table. tally: -$400
1/2 hr passes, and i try again. table going side ways. roughly breaking even, then 3 bets ($150) and a 7 pops up. Tally
-$550
i decide to take a little drive around the strip and let my luck change. it didnt
i stop at a red light. i'm the 1st car at the light. the left turn lights turn green. i mistaken that all the lights turn green and i go. when i realized my mistake, i stopped (in the middle of the intersection) and go back to where i was. while backing up, i see in my rear view a cop car what are the odds of that happening? if i would have left the casino 1 min earlier or 1 min later, i would have missed that cop. sure i could have gotten another cop, but odds were slim. but hey, this is las vegas...
anyway, sigh..got pulled over. he asked for my license, registration, and insurance. i give him my license, and told him the car's a rental and i give him the paperwork. he asked me the usual questions..did i have anything to drink, etc. i say no. i explain to him what happened. he walks to his cruiser.
after about 5 minutes, he comes back, and lets me off w/a warning. ah..jedi minds tricks. too bad the dice are jedi proof
i go home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it's now 4am PST. thankfully my client meeting isnt till 10am. got a couple of more hrs of sleep.

i'm in vegas!
got in at 7pm PST, cruised the city a little, ate dinner, then played craps at CasinoRoyale. $2 min, 100x odds.
i wasnt going to plunk a WHOLE lotta $ on my 1st day. so all i was doing was $2 min backed by $25. (12.5x odds = ~.08% house advantage but at 100x odds the house advantage would be .008%. but .08% is still a whole lot better than .8% at 1x odds or .6% at 2x odds)
got back to the hotel at 3am. now i'm from the east coast, so thats 6am. i stayed up all nite, and w/o the help of coffee! i'm running on pure addrenline.
i got greedy. i was up $200, then broke even for a while, then down 200, then broke even, then down 200, then broke even for a LONG while. every time i made back the $ i'm risking on the table, it would crap out. then finally up $200. i left at the point.
