Last post columns are not in order from current to old

I tried looking around the forums, messed with the profile though I stll can not get the last posts to show from current to oldest when doing a search function.

I know it will be something so easy that I missed and a total newb I am, but this is bugging the pagolas out of me. When I do a search for say computer cases the dates are all random.

Any help would be appreicated.

Have you tried "Order search results by date"

knew it, so simple, in my face it hurt. For the longest time for some reason when I performed a searched by default it always showed results from current to oldest. DOHHHHHHHHHHHH what a newb I am.

The search here sucks big time. You need to employ a trick or two to get results.
You might search for it.
