I'm "building" a new computer, 1.1 tbird, kt7a-raid, win2k. I'm trying to install my samsung 950p monitor. I install my elsa gloria 2 drivers, and then try to install the monitor. I load up the samsung cd, try to install the drivers and i get a "cannot install monitor adapter errorcode: 259." I looked in the win2k error help file thing and it doesnt have anything about that. i installed the service pack, tried installing the monitor before the video drivers...no dice. If anyone has a clue on what to do, it would be greatly appreciated. this is my last plea before i call ::shudder:: tech support tomorrow. :frown:
 
Did you install the Via 4 in 1 drivers first?they should be the very first thing installed.Try using latest Samsung monitor driver from their website.Make sure the old monitor driver is removed as well.
