Last Piece of the new system arrived today!!!

The last piece of my new system arrived today, XFX 7800GTX. I am installing Windows XP Pro right now. Man this thing is even fast installing windows!!!!!

I can't wait till I have it fully set up. Thanks to those who gave advice.

what kinda games you going to play and you plan on overclocking ?

I mainly play UT2004 with coworkers, but also HL2 and looking forward to getting FEAR and BF2, Oh and Doom3.

Yeah I have already overclocked it a little. Nothing too big yet as I am still setting it up.

I was amazed at how fast it is. I installed and set windows XP Pro up in about 20 minutes last night.

I am liquid cooling the CPU and will most likely do the same for the GPU, and will play around with adding a Peltier cooler. Not going to cool the processor with it, but looking at running the coolant lines to copper lines in a Peltier cooled box before returning to the CPU. Just something to play with more than anything.

And for those of you wondering why I went with a P4 Dual core. I did alot of investingating and although I am totally aware that the AMD's kick butt in gaming. I do alot of Music and Video editing and the P4 got really good reviews in those areas.... Ohhh and it was like way cheaper and hell I am cheap!!!

Yeah I was going to say Intels DC solution is much cheaper atm.

Hopefully AMD will remedy this soon, think I saw a DC sempron planned for some time in 06.
