Congratulations. I love the feeling when a loans paid off.

I used to hate the feeling of having a lien on my toys. But at the same time, didn't want to plonk down that much cash in one shot. So my last few cars/bikes, I bought using cash secured loans from my credit union. And since there was no lien on the title, I could sell it whenever I wanted and just close down the loan.

sweet! now the bike is YOURS 😀 it's a great feeling!

i say this now, and yet i want to trade my FZ6R for a kawi Z1000 😛

nice, i never know how it feels to pay off anything other then my student loans. All the cars and motorcycle i bought was with cash ( i never had a chance to play with expensive toys).

What year and model Triumph? I've looked into getting a street triple/D675 as an upgrade to my SV650 in 2 years. Wanted to know if they are trouble free and easy to fix/find parts for as a jap bike.

2011 Street Triple R. Blazing orange. Awesome bike to ride and pretty easy to maintain. Mine is due for its 6k mile service.

nice. I almost have no purpose for a R model. I dont ride that hard nor go on the track. I just love street riding and back roads. Are there any key items at X amount of miles to watch for?

I'm thinking of selling my 09 ninja 250 for a newer model that is FI. But it hasn't been warm enough to ride around yet.

I wouldnt sell a 250 and buy another 250 for 4 more horses and slightly better throttle response. May as well ride the 250 till you outgrow it and get something bigger later if you need more oomph.

congrats op! Open a bottle of champagne and celebrate!

Agreed with both statements. If you was going to get another maybe look into a 650.

$4500 in 2 months is amazing.

Yeah that makes sense I've had it almost a year but didn't ride it much. My friend has an sv 650 and I just didn't feel too comfy on his bike, quite a lot heavier, and felt more intimidating. I get on mine without any issues and I guess I'm just used to my bike and the weight.
