Mythbusters is one of my "must-see" shows on TV. When it started last night, I said to my wife, "OMIGOSH - I just saw the video they are talking about last month). I was actually shocked that a typical 2 litre bottle canb take 150PSI before bursting!

I didn't see it last night. Wife was watching something else. :(

And how did the one turn out when they put the drum down the hole to see if it could detect people dirring a tunnel? I missed the ending.

The newer seasons just aren't as good. I don't give a sh!t about those four new people, seems like they just wanted some T&A on the show, oh well.

I missed the final launch. I was very impressed when they launched a 5 gallon water bottle.

They do what we might be doing if we were bored and got paid for solving our boredome.

I don't think the newer people are too bad. They're pretty funny at times. And I think the show seems to better paced than in the past.

Anyone catch the one where they destroyed the cement mixer? :D

When I was a kid, I used to have a toy rocket that you filled with water. It had a pump attachment that pressurized the liquid contents inside. When you released the clip holding the rocket to the pump, it would shoot upwards to an insane height.

EDIT: water rocket

I had the one in the picture, and I had a really tall one that was designed to look like one of the Apollo rockets.

I had that too. I would always wreck it the same day from over pumping it and the top portion would seperate from the bottom:)

The drum worked better than the high tech equipment they had.
