So I've been looking to replace my 2011 Macbook Air 11" for a few months. I finally pulled the trigger last night and ended up getting an even better deal than I thought.
Best Buy offered me $247 for my trade in. Not great, but convenient. I also had a 10% off coupon for a Surface Pro 4. When I turned in the Air, they gave me another coupon for $100 off. To top it off, the price wasn't right. I expected $1199 for the SP4 but it was actually $1099.

So, I5 256 GB SP4 + type cover out the door for $839!! (and my 5 year old 11" Air) I am really stoked at this deal.
 
I hope it works well for you, too many stories about sleep battery drain issues, no wake after sleep, and crappy Intel GPU driver crashes...

So far, it's been good. The real test will be this coming week as I'm on the road for 4 days with it. We'll see.
 
So you got $1430 worth of SP4 + type cover for $839? That is a sweet deal.

There might be some frustration at first getting used to the windows tablet interface and acclimating to the pen usage. I had a SP2 that I used every day for 8 months until I got into stuff it didn't have enough power for. I sold it to get a laptop, and I still miss it to this day.

The thing was awesome, problems be damned. Let's hope you like yours as much as I liked mine.
