The war on drugs has completely nullified the 4th amendment. Sad, isn't it?
wtf are you talking about the guy said he didn't let the cop search him so clearly the cop broke the law...that means he should report his sorry ass.
Nothing will happen. A judge will determine that his presence in that area was "probable cause" and let it go.
Let's face it, folks. You cannot tell a cop "no" when he wants to search your car and have him not search it. He WILL find a way to search it anyhow.

Last night I was visiting my friend in a poor area where he works at this gas station. The police were watching me the whole time I was there, and the second I pulled out, I see the lights behind me. I pull over, and the cop kept on asking me where the drugs were, and I didnt have anything illegal on me! Then he searched my car with no probable cause, and I did not give him my permission, He then started messing up my neatly organized papers that were in my car and just said sorry for wasting your time, then he left. The only reason I can think of for being pulled over was that I was the only white guy in the whole area. Then I asked the officer for his name and he was just like, my name is officer James then he turned around and left me there to clean up his mess of papers that he moved around. What an *sshole! Does anyone know if there is any legal action I can take?
