Last night I got pulled over for being WHITE!

I couldnt see the car number, becasuse it was dark, and he had that big light thing on me.

wtf are you talking about the guy said he didn't let the cop search him so clearly the cop broke the law...that means he should report his sorry ass.

Nothing will happen. A judge will determine that his presence in that area was "probable cause" and let it go.

Let's face it, folks. You cannot tell a cop "no" when he wants to search your car and have him not search it. He WILL find a way to search it anyhow.

I pull over, and the cop kept on asking me where the drugs were, and I didnt have anything illegal on me! Does anyone know if there is any legal action I can take?

It sucks, but there's crap you can do a similar even happened to me too, except I was going through a stop sign in the ghetto following a friend (we were lost) and right after I stopped (I know I stopped because I saw the police car behind me) he pulled me over when I started moving again.

He asked what we were doing in the area, I told the truth and said we were lost. He said I ran the sign, I was like, no I didn't. He then preceeded to say stuff like "Oh you didn't huh, you've also got a tail light out" ... Well I knew that was a lie too, I said, "No it isnt", he then took out his maglite or whatever their flashlight is and tapped it against the tail light and said "I can fix that for you."

Then he proceeded to harass my friends and I about MDMA, saying "If you give it to us here we can settle this without going to the station" etc. Proceeded to search the car and stuff two other police units showed up then finally after a 45min search left without saying anything.

next time, get his badge number and file a complaint with his precinct. there's nothing else you can do.

and for the one who said that the OP can legally shut up, that is a violation of his first amendment rights. 😛
