Last minute vacation?

Just finished a 2 month long project where I worked 16 hour days (with a 2 hour commute, i was literally working or commuting every waking moment). It's done, and I just asked for a four day weekend this weekend (friday - monday). I am going to schedule a real vacation soon once I find out about timing for some other things.

I have nothing to do for the four days thoughis there a sunny beach place I can go to that's not insanely expensive? I'm on the east coast. Any suggestions?

if you ski/snowboard, i'd go up north, have some lobster and clam chowder, drive along the coast, etc. thats what i want to do.
