Hello, I think i'm finall ready to order the parts for my budget gaming tower but I figured it would be best to get some feedback from the community first (made building my last computer a joy not a headache). Here is everything I will be ordering, I will be housing it in my last system's Antec SLK3700, along with the DVD drives still installed in that. I will be running on Win XP homeSP2.

X2 4000+
Biostar TF560
2GB G.Skill (with the reviews/price it seemed to be a good idea)
WD 160gb
Radeon HD 3850
XCLIO goodpower 500w

Total in my newegg cart shows up at $472 including shipping. Whaddya think!? :p

I was hoping to keep it as low as possible, but I guess a $500 budget wouldn't kill me.

maybe think about a 650i motherboard, they can be had for about $70

I built a friend a cheap $350 shipped rig 5 months back
bought a e6300 and overclocked the hell out of it, added a x1650xt and gaming is decent

probably the only $350 rig that games ever

Ill spec u out a system a little later, gotta do some homework
