The rebate is no longer valid, but they have dropped their price to $119.99. Ground shipping for 2 sticks is $3.95. Googlegear has raised their price to $128. and Newegg to $130.

If I bought 2 of these, can I run dual DDR mode?
ALso I plan on putting them into a Abit Is7, with a P4 2.8c
DO you think It would be better to put a 2.4c into it?
I plan to O/C.

Man, they jacked up the price. It used to be $110.

BTW, I'd advise against buying 256MB sticks now. If you don't have the cash to get two 512MB sticks, get one first. The performence hit is no big deal (not only for nF2, but 865PE as well).

Wow... that advice is so wrong. The 865/875 can REALLY benifit fomr two sticks. And there is NOTHING wrong with using 2x 256...

Anyway, that is a good deal.. it is what i once paid for 1x 256 XMS 3500....

i dont like the 256 sticks simply because on an nforce2 board, i only have 3 dimm slots. if i use 2*256, the max ram i can have is a gig (obviously i'm not gonna buy a 1 gig stick). anyway, i'm pretty sure that fry's B&M still has these for $109
