Hmmm....

They choose to sell a flat-rate plan, and approve people with bad credit.
But they have to pay Verizon based on actual subscriber usage.
And a flat-rate plan with unlimited texting is going to attract people who have heavy usage.

And they thought that was a solid business plan?
