Sorry all for making another upgrade thread, but I just wanted to make sure all my parts are good before I order, and see if you guys would replace anything. I'm trying to keep the price as low as possible without losing functionality, and I dont plan on doing any overclocking unless I buy a new PSU and processor fan:

Motherboard: CHAINTECH VNF4/Ultra
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16813152049

System memory: CORSAIR ValueSelect 1GB DDR 400 (2 x 512)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16820145440

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 3000+ Venice
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819103537

Video Card: ATI Radeon X800XL 256MB
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102509

Does everything look compatable? Would you exchange anything out for a higher quality part? I was originally going to get a 3200+, but the 3000+ looked like a lot better value for some speed that I would probably never notice. Thanks for any suggestions.

Try the soltek NF4 board (better value board, IMO), or the Gigabyte K8NF-9, or maybe (i've heard bad things about this) neo4-f. Then again, you loose the features of NForce4 Ultra. Other than that, really too bad at all - you have a solid rig.
