My cousin sent this to me. I searched and don't see it posted by anyone else.

Good video. It shows them marking the eye, shaving it, pulling back the "skin", firing the laser, and then gluing it all back together. :Q


It's 5.5MB. I wonder how far my 120GB bandwidth limit will get me? 😕
 
I'll take my chances with the Family Guy laser surgery method.

Its cool cuz they peel away something on the eye like it's the skin of a grape.
 
wow, I'm having second thoughts. I can see why they recommend you find a good doctor instead of these $300 per eye clinics. WOW.

But the $300/eye Lasik are done by jedis w/ light saber.

Yah, try that RK stuff. My dad had it abck in the day. Cut ur eye open witha scapel and sutcher it back up. His was a failure and ahs to wear a hard contact due to half of his cornea falling off due to the incompitent doctor.

Yes, but if they're not strong in the Force, they can't achieve the precision necessary for proper eye surgery.

Heck, Yoda could probably carve a Pentium 4 on raw silicon with his lightsaber...
 
That's what surgery is about. Try watching any kind of other surgeries, you'd think lasik one is nothing much.

Anyway, that reminded me of Kubrick's ClockWork Orange.
 
i've seen an autopsy video, and this disturbed me more. probably because it's close up, i am very sensitive about my eyes, and i am (was?) planning on getting this procedure done...
