Laser Resurfacing

I was reading about ways to remove scars and ran accross laser resurfacing. Has anyone had this done? Are there any other methods that are effective?

Can you swim? The procedure is performed by sharks with frickin' laser beams on their heads.

Yeah, in Tijuana. They used a laser pointer and a magnifying glass. Lost the arm, and the scar when with it.
