Laser cutting

What kinds of places would be able to laser but a design I want into a side panel?

Also, anyone know of a material that can be cut into the size of a window that has the reflective properties of a mirror (but is not breakable and is cheapish)?

Advanced metal fabrication shops probably have the CO2 LASER that is needed to cut metal, but it's going to be quire pricey, unless you have the gift of gab.
There is a aliminum coated Lexan (back side) that is a mirror quality plastic - that is close to unbreakable, the glass shops can get it for you.
