If that really was happening we would have seen something about it in the local news. Even something telling people what areas to avoid, 'cause you know... the LVMPD would have to keep people safe.

Vic has a point- the agents assigned the eviction task likely don't have the money to settle... but Keller Williams does. They'll probably both go to their insurors, who'll drag it out as long as possible...

It's quite common in this sort of thing for the plaintiff to move upscale to the deep pockets defendant whenever possible...
