I would never stay at the MGM. If you self park, the parking is a long walk back. The hotel is huge, meaning everywhere you go it's a trek. If you want to leave, you gotta walk through the place to finally get out.

Any stayed there before? Experience or recommendation for another hotel.
Thanks
I think it's one of those "ranches" outside Vegas.Originally posted by: jagec
Is "Las Vagas" the Mexican knockoff version of Las Vegas?

that's pretty much the same for all hotels along the strip.

I've only been to vegas once, I stayed at the excaliber. It was clearly older and more run down then some of the other places, but we just walked around everywhere so it didn't matter as it was cheaper. We went to the "eat and watch a knight and horse show" thing and I loved it though.
I want to go again this year to see the star trek convention, maybe a trip to the grand canyon and another one of the circ de sole shows. (We went to the one where half the chicks were topless, zumanity I think, it was pretty cool.)
