This is very true. But at least now we know for sure we can build around him and not have him up and walk out next year.

About fucking time the Cardinals spend the money on a franchise player.

Why does he want to play on a worthless team?

because they're actually paying him? combine that with some silly sense of loyalty / pride / contentment

maybe he's also a bit delusional enough to think he can make it back to the Superbowl and somehow actually win it even though they fell short the last time everything went their way to get there as a 9-7 team

I suppose its at least somewhat commendable but at the same time its almost a shame to see all that talent go to waste.

With Kolb at to QB....what is the point? I am thinking that he is doing this to secure his money, then he will ask to be traded next year.

Who is the cards #2 WR? their rookie RB, ryan williams is out for the year due to a ruptured patella tendon in his right knee.

Why all the hate for Kolb? He's looked pretty solid and now that he has a chance to put some real time in, good be what the Cards need if he does pan out.

He's probably overpaid, sure, but I don't think Kolb deserves the ire, certainly not based on what he has already shown.

But the Cards making it to the SB without Kurt Warner? don't know about that.

...though I remember several years ago, no sane person imagining that possibility with a last place Rams team with a questionable D, rookie unproven WR, and some unknown old man NFL rookie QB named Kurt Warner...
