What is the largest risk you have ever taken? What was at stake and how did it pan out?

Positive or negative.

I actually went and put an entire paycheck on black...

I won, but man that was the most stressful 20 seconds of my life, than the most exciting as I won, was an awesome low/high combo. I can see how gambling is addictive.

Risk: Signed a lease on a townhouse with one of my best friends and future bro-in-law.

Result: $2800 judgment against me for back rent and loss of all of our deposit, losing best friend, almost losing girlfriend. In-laws who hate me.

Risk: Moved in with girlfriend of 3 years

Result: So far it has been working out great, and we are currently in the process of moving into a bigger place. :)

sleeping instead of pulling an all nighter for my midterm and then not hearing the alarm and then sleeping through the 2 lectures before.

i didnt plan on making the cheat sheet till the morning, but i woke up with only 30 minutes left so I just ran out the door with my textbook and a notecard to write down formulas.

i got below average on the midterm but within the SD. could've done wayyy better

$600 bet on player when dealer was having 11 consecutive dealer streaks. Doubled up my losses and before I knew it I blew away $2400 that night.

I moved from south FL to just north of Atlanta with my now wife without either on of us having a job lined up beforehand. We did have about $4k saved up though but that was gone before either one of us found any work.

Now we're both happy, we're married, have steady decent paying jobs and are working towards paying off our debts.

Quit a good paying job to buy an existing business in a neighboring county.

Took one heck of a chance in doing that but all worked out well.

Sold the business 20 years ago and it is still in existence and continues to do well.
