Largest load on a psu

Just curious as to what kinda crazy loads people have on their PSU's. I currently have an athlon xp-m @2.4ghz, 2 sticks of 512mb pc3200, 3 hd's (adding a 4th very soon), 1cd-rw, 1 dvd-rom, vid ethernet sound and ide cards, and 7 case fans all running on a thermltake silent purepower 480w.... errr, it's running fine so far.

Edit: ::knocks on wood so hard his knuckles start bleeding::

I had an athlonxp 2500 @ 2046mhz w/1gb @ dual 512, three hard drives, cd-rw, geforce fx 5200, modem, all onboard peripherals, and 4 case fans all on an AOpen 235watt PSU. It didn't even have the auxillary 12 volt square power connector!

on an antec 430 true power i got 4 80 mm case fans one stick 512mb pc3500 3 cd rom drives 3 hddgforce fx 5200 pci ide controler creative sb live 2x fan control devices that about it

I've got 350W PSu with three HDD. three CD/DVD drives and so forthe. Remember, all these hardware does not operate all at the same time except during boot time. Which is probably the most critical period for the PSU. So if your system booted perfectly with all your hardware installed or connected, most likely the only reason your PSU will fail is when heat and fatigue takes over.

wow a 235w psu with that load. that's impressive. Heh I replaced my 300w enlight psu with this 480w cause it wasn't helping me overclock.
