Thats a warhead, not an ICBM.

OP, what are you looking for, largest size wise, biggest throw weight, most warheads?

ICBM is intercontinental ballistic missile. It's payload is the warhead. Are you asking about the warhead or the ICBM?

Well the Soviets/Russians in a nuclear war would be attacking with the usual triad, Bombers, ICBM's, SLBM's. The Russians have about 6k strategic warheads in the inventory and about 4k tactical.

Russian ICBM launched vary from the SS-18 to the SS-25. They have about 180 SS-18s (10 warheads each, 500-750 KT), 167 SS-19s (6 550kt warheads), 46 SS-24's (10 300-500 kit warheads), and 352 SS-25s with a single 750kt warhead (these ones are road based so a PITA to track down)

Sea Launched your looking at 208 SS-N-18's with 3 200KT warheads each, SS-N-20's 120 with 10 100KT warheads each. And SS-N-23s, 114 with 4 100KT warheads each.

Air wise your looking at about 70 bombers (between the Bear and Blackjacks). Each with 6-16 250KT warheads.

It should be noted that most land based systems (US and Russian) have been de-MIRV'd to comply with disarmament treaties.
