Larger Graphics aperature on Abit ic7 max3 ???

can i make the graphics aperature larger than 256mb ??

also does anyone else have trouble with the accelerated gaming settings in the ic7 max3 bios ?
i tryed my mem down to 100mhz but none of those gaming settings would allow my system to be stable

It is recommended that with a 128mb graphics card that the Apeture setting be set to 64mb, it is unlikely that you will ever exceed your 128mb graphics card memory to even use the 64mb.

Memory is never allocated from the Apeture setting until all of your video card memory is exhausted. This setting is designed primarily for onboard graphics and vid cards with less than 64mb on-board ram.

i guess the i875 is a bit different than the previous via chipsets
i remeber some of them have 512mb aperature size

i was just wondering cause i got a gig of mem so i got some extra mem to spare

yeah aperature size don't make much difference, but i was just curious
