Large external usb 3.0 drives that have removable sata drives

Hi does anyone know if the seagate or similar external drives have removable sata drives in them. http://www.amazon.com/Seagate-Backup-Desktop-External-STDT5000100/dp/B00J0O5R2I

I'm interested in them as a safety net to make some extra backups but in case something goes bad with the enclosure I'd like to just take out the sata drive and plug it in a desktop or another enclosure to retrieve the files. I think WD sometimes has their own proprietary pcb and not the default standard sata connection.
