My current setup is as follows:

i7-3770k @ 4.2ghz with a coolermaster FRIO Heatsink
Z77 Sabertooth
16gb 2133 DDR3
6 HDs
2 SSDs
EVGA 650 Platinum PSU
EVGA 780 ACX
Fractal Designs R4

I'm looking at upgrading my current system and will be selling my cpu, mobo, cooler, ram, GPU and case to my father as an upgrade for his current setup.

I will most likely be going with an X99 platform mainly for a ton of sata ports, more cores (this machine is used for video editing, gaming, home media server, mincraft server, etc) and a robust platform. I will be running a single GPU and will most likely be similar to my current card that dumps most of the heat into the case.

I really dig my current case but will probably be looking for something a big bigger that has the following specs.

1) I'd like E-ATX capability.

2) I'd like slightly better cooling but without a large (or preferably any) increase in noise. This isn't super important but I absolutely do not want a case that cools worse than the R4 or is noticeably louder. Noise is an important factor.

3) Holds 8 or more 3.5" Drives.

For this reason I'm considering the Fractal Design Define XL R2 since I think it will serve both those purposes well. Are there other cases that I should be looking at?
