No dual processor laptops exist.
There are a number of things working against you.
Let's take Intel based systems (as AMD based laptops are far less common). None of the chipsets (440MX, i815EM, i830M), support SMP. Intel's mobile Pentium III, or the coming P4-M, are not dual processor enabled either.
Now let's look at the laptops themselves.
Processors produce the bulk of the heat from a laptop. In a dual CPU system, you effectively double the heat output. With the elaborate cooling solutions that are already needed, you just make a whole lot more complex. You will need larger heatsinks, more fans, more heat dissipation surfaces. I REALLY wouldn't want to work with one of these on your lap.
Finally, battery life. An extra processor, additional chipset logic, more fans. You just cut the usability time of a laptop down to 30 minutes.
