Laptops with 1920 X 1200 Resolution

Anyone have experience with a 17" laptop with a 1920 X 1200 resolution?

I was looking at the Dell Inspiron and seen the option for the high resolution which intrigued me.

For those that have one or have used one, is the text *very* small?

Also, any other useful info anyone can pass on would be appreciated.

For me the text was too small - but was OK when set to larger text. The res was great for photos.

I think it would be fine as long as it's not on a 15.4" monitor

OP stated it was 17-in. It really depends on one's visual acuity. Mine sucks big time!

I ordered a 1680x1050 15.4" laptop. Will a smaller resolution look bad?

I'm thinking of getting my first laptop in the next few months, been looking at some ones already out and reading previews on Centrino 2 and Puma.
