Could you please tell me the difference between these two configurations in laptops and why one performs better than the other..etc.

Which one is better,

An integrated 16mb DDR ATi RAdeon M6 graphics card or an external 16mb DDR mobile Nividia Geforce2 Go.

It just means one is manufacturer upgradeable. In your case, the GeForce2Go is faster. The Radeon Mobility 7500 will be twice as fast though!
