I'm looking to get a laptop for my younger brother because he is annoying me always taking my computer away from me. I figure i can spend $400 USD on a laptop for him to get out of my hair. He's 16 so you can imagine the kinda stuff he would be doing on a laptop. But yea either way. What kind of specs should i be looking at in a $400 range. I dislike cellys. so i'ma go p3 most likely. He does need a internal dvd player on the thing as he watches a lot of dvd's mainly XXX and what not. I guess a decent video card would help as well. thats about all the stuff he needs, dvd and a decent video card. let me know what $400 can get me.

I would build him a nicer PC but no room for that stuff. And besides i would like to used to laptop as well.
