Laptop Won't POST

hey all,

Looking for idea's, cheap fixes.

WinBook laptop 233 Pentium won't POST. Plug in press power button hard drive light goes solid, no movement though, and that is it. No display, no noises, no heat, no nothing:disgust:.

I have tried reseating the RAM, took laptop apart twice to confirm everything is plugged in etc., hard drive is good.

If you have any idea's on forcing the issue I am all ear's.:Q
