Laptop with fast pixel response rate panel?

Hi all 😀
I want to buy a laptop but from all the reviews I have read it seems a slow pixel response rate of around 20ms is normal :'(
I was hoping you all could recommend a laptop that has a fast pixel response
rate of at least 3ms. It can be Dell, MSI or HP.
A laptop with a skylake cpu & 8gb ram for $700 would be great! 😎
It must also have space for 2 hdd.

Thanks so much for any advice you all can give. 🙂

buy a laptop, have a dock at home connected to your monitor of choice.

Then just learn to deal with it whenever you're not at home.

No one is going around testing laptop panel pixel response times, so good luck there.

I agree with this.

On the other hand, any cheap laptop with a TN screen will probably have a good pixel response. I wouldn't ever want a TN screen, though, due to the bad color, contrast, and viewing angles. Even if they existed, you wouldn't see a fast IPS screen on a laptop at $700.
