Laptop with .09u A64's

I'm planning on getting a laptop soon (when a good deal comes up). Most likely getting a compaq z3000 with a 3000+ A64. I was wonder if anyone knows when they will (or should) start putting the .09 chips in these A64 laptops since they should run cooler and use less power? Any ideas?

R3000s are very good notebooks, but the power usage is really a non-issue. These things will only run 2-3 hours on battery. I don't think .09 is going to help alot. If you need more than that look elsewhere. OTOH these things run very cool with the Cool-n-quiet enabled.
