Laptop Wireless + SUSE 10.2 Linux

Senior member
Am using NDISWrapper with driver downloaded from HP's site.

I have my own network, protected by WEP + private SSID. I can connect manually using KNetworkManager (sometimes takes 2 or 3 requests, entering SSID + WEP key)... But I want my network connection to be "always on"

Can anyone help me so it'll just work?

Thanks - H

you may get more help with this in the OS forum here, or on the SUSE forums.

iirc, from reading a bit, disabling SSID broadcast isnt necessary, and enabling it may solve some of your problem.
