Laptop wireless "Safely Remove Hardware"

Hey, i just installed a fresh copy of winxp on my laptop. However, when i insert my wireless card in, the option in the system try that allows you to "safely remove hardware" is not found. Does anyone know how i can get it to appear? I want a safe way to remove my wireless card. Thanks.

Also, does anyone know where i can get the wireless configuration utility?? the drivers online didnt come with it.
 
I've got that card, and the configuration utility caused loads of problems on both my laptop and my bosses laptop.

Just use Windows own config to set up the wireless 🙂
