Laptop User: Multiple Network Program

I have a few guys at our company that we outsource around the globe. The problem is that they go through about 3 network setups a month. I was wondering if there was a program that would allow you to select your networking protocol depending on your site (win 98)
 
I think that you can configure that in Hardware Profiles, if you right click on "My Computer" and depending on the operating system, either select Hardware Profile tab or the hardware tab and then cluick on the hardware profiles tab.
 
Mobile Essentials from Symantec isn't too bad but I've had it monkey with my tcpip settings for the modem already.
