i have a toshiba a45-s120 with a celeron 2.6ghz cpu. can i put a bigger cpu in here? if so which intel processors would work in it? i believe it's a mobile cpu also.

also, is it possible to put another board in here for a bigger cpu? and a better built in video card?
 
I highly doubt that unless you are a super modder with lots and lots of money that you're going to replace the mainboard/logic board on a lappy. I have never even heard of something like that working so you're pretty much stuck with your current board/GPU. The CPU might be upgradeable, but you'll have to wait for someone that's knows more about your model to see. You probably will find that it would be easier just to sell your current setup and buy a new system (pentium M probably).
